Location: remote from anywhere in the world, latam region preferable

*responsibilities*:
- identify and develop new business opportunities in latin america
- create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the latin american market
- manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region
- oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in latin america to achieve established goals
- collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies
- analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities
- prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements
- represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in latin america
*requirements*:
- fluency in spanish and/or portuguese, both verbal and written
- forex experience with active portfolio of latam clients is an absolute must (please do not expect a reply if you do not have this)
- ideally residing in latam
- proficiency in english is an advantage
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- strong knowledge of how to expand the network fast
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment
- excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
- availability to travel within latin america as needed
