how to thrive in this role:
* graduated with a professional degree in aeronautics, electromechanics, electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering; english advanced (written and spoken).
* 8 years of experience in quality control and/or problem-solving (automotive, manufacturing, or electrical industry preferred).
* technical skills and knowledge in sap, ncms, catia, gd&t, and microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, microsoft project).
* experience in lean manufacturing, six sigma, problem solving, quality tools, and control plans.
* experience leading manufacturing projects.
* strong teamwork, drive for results, developing others, team leadership, influencing others, holding people accountable, communication, problem solving, strategic outlook, and managing emotions.
