today we are looking for our next:*learning manager*principal purpose*lead and ensure the organizational capabilities development by executing and evaluating learning strategies to upskill and reeskill associates to guarantee growth for the business.
*main responsabilities*- lead the execution of the national learning plan within the region for both sales and operations associates from frontline to manager positions.- identify the training needs assesments of the region and design the best learning strategy- design learning strategies and methodologies to measure the impact in the business according to the regional needs- lead the compliance of corporate learning strategies such as values, code of conduct, anti-bribery and security awareness with all associates in the scope- guarantee the operational continuity through the compliance of the onboarding and pach programs for new associates- develop talent to support the accelerated movility on the function, support their development and constant learning to keep improving while impacting the organization's results- manage human, financial and material resources within the scope in order to the best budget administration- partner with the region and plant leaders and hrbp's to develop local programs according to the necessities and the cultural evolution- participate in proyects that are implemented within the region, ensure the best implementation for all associates involved and at least 2 with country scope, leading multifunctional teams.- identify, evaluate and follow the contracting process for external learning consultants for regional-specific contributions and participate in the development and execution of national learning events such as master forum, hr meeting, national sales reunion, etc
