you'll assist in providing guidance on asset and facilities management strategies, develop important documents for service contracts, and lead workshops with clients and stakeholders.main job responsibilities:advising clients on asset and facilities management service models.helping clients implement industry standards like iso55000 and iso41000.creating procurement documentation (specifications, kpis) for asset management and fm services.leading and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders.writing up comprehensive reports including feasibility studies, business cases, and procurement plans.assisting clients with transitioning between fm or asset management providers.carrying out service performance audits to ensure everything is running smoothly.helping develop and manage performance and monitoring plans for clients.who we're looking for:we're seeking someone with a solid foundation in asset and facilities management who's eager to contribute to our team's success.
