The core role of the pca is to gather cost data from all areas to build up a cost relative to a bill of material.
following this, the pca is responsible for building a financial model and complete an analysis to reach a recommendation of a sell price based on history, market status, and financial metrics among others.- prepare all manufacturing cost estimates and sell price quotations on future products and engineering changes for current products.- prepare and analyze detailed business models including roce and eva analysis- provide all required customer deliverables for quotes, such as customer piece price breakdowns- monitor program margin to ensure it meets or exceeds established margin in the original quote from program inception until program completion- responsible for maintenance and annual update of as400 jba standard costing system- annually prepare a 5 year and 6 month sales forecast for responsible products*requirements*:- bilingual spanish/english.- bachelor's degree in accounting or finance- us visa- minimum of two years of related work experience required- strong financial/analytical skills required - make vs. buy decisions, net present value, etc.- strong communication skills required - presentations in front of executives and customers occur- experience with excel required - pivot tables, vlookup, goal seek, etc.- manufacturing, assembly, and/or tooling knowledge preferred- knowledge of financial statements, financial ratios and financial project performance metrics.tipo de puesto: tiempo completosalario: $1.00 al meshorario:- diurno
