are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving revenue? At linkeazi, we’re looking for a highly motivated business developer to expand our human capital solutions and take our business to the next level. This is a strategic role focused on identifying new opportunities, building key partnerships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.
what you’ll do:
identify and develop new business opportunities in the human resources and talent search industry.
build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clients.
design and implement innovative sales and prospecting strategies to grow our client portfolio.
negotiate and close high-value deals aligned with our business objectives.
analyze market trends and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
what you bring:
proven experience in business development, b2b sales, or consulting.
knowledge of human resources solutions, executive search, or talent consulting (a plus!).
strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
a dynamic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under kpis.
advanced english (chinese is a plus).

base salary of $25,000 - $30,000 mxn gross per month, plus an attractive commission scheme.
