Main purpose of the role is to ensure ot business continuity of our sites and unlock future opportunities. This is achieved by ensuring the availability of site ot through measures that mitigate cybersecurity, business risks, and obsolescence threats via ot maintenance, monitoring, and operational solutions. Additionally, this is accomplished by proactively implementing ot-itil activities from the ot service catalogue to assist site and bg ot managers in their decision-making processes.
the role owns and protects the site ot architecture and ensures the modifications to the architecture are aligned with company standards and can be embedded in and maintained by the standing ot maintenance organization. Focus should be on all ot systems (level 0-3.5 according to isa95 model) and a medium to long term horizon (1-3y to +25y).

* ot maintenance, monitoring & technical support
* ot data analytics
* ot application services
* security
* policy & standards
internal/external stakeholders:
* build and maintain relationships and work closely with internal colleagues and customers to communicate operational issues. This includes the global and local ot teams, different support departments like digital and it, relevant external parties such as oems, system integrators, and notified bodies.
main kpi’s:
* your kpi’s will consist of personal and operational objectives, which could include: on-time completion rate of activities, site improvement, and project delivery on time/budget/quality.
