*job summary*:
the head of digital marketing will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing
betterware us' digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and
advertising, and a great affiliate marketing program.
the position requires an intrapreneurial mindset
focusing on rapid experimentation and innovation.
the head of digital marketing should be
comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to adapt quickly to
changing business needs is critical.
*key responsibilities*:
develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with
betterware's overall business goals and objectives.
work with corporate it to develop all digital marketing tools, including an ecommerce
platform and analytics systems.
advertising, seo, and affiliate marketing.
led the development of creative and compelling marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to
drive continuous improvement and optimization.
stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices,
and recommend new initiatives that can drive growth and improve roi.
*qualifications*:
bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and present results.
strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and
initiatives simultaneously.
excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
ability to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer.
this means that while the role
will require strategic planning and high-level decision-making, it will also require the ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with the day-to-day execution.
experience in the home goods or direct-to-consumer industry is a plus.
bilingual in spanish is a plus.
