founded in 2019, gordian staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the united states and canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions. We bring talent solutions to smbs in the us, specifically in the property management, hoa, and building services industries. Our headquarter is in omaha, nebraska. Abroad we have offices in guadalajara and mexico city.
We are looking for a community manager & content creator to manage seven different accounts or companies with the following activities:
- create:
- content for several company streams.
- unique posts per week across the company streams.
- engaging content and visuals for each social media campaign.
- various blogs, articles, or pages for websites or social media platforms identify which social media platform to use.
- conduct research to find post contents.
- oversee the company’s interactions via various social media platforms and conduct necessary strategies to ensure positive and continuous engagements.
- analyze engagement data and identify trends based on customer or client interactions.
- plan and execute digital campaigns to build a community online.
- use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s streams’ brands.
- identify weaknesses, then create and implement action plans to convert them into a positive image for the company’s streams.
- measure the success of each social media campaign and plan succeeding strategies.
- handle small updates to the websites whenever needed.

after the 3-month probation contract, we add:
- three days of vacation to enjoy before the year mark. After the year mark, you receive six days.

- bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or any related course.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in social media management, content writing, and creating visuals.
- excellent knowledge of fb, twitter, linkedin, instagram, and other social media platforms.
- understand seo and web traffic metrics.
