the job:
as a sr. Financial analyst, you’ll be part of our finance team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:
1. provide support to the assistant controller in developing a competent and efficient accounting staff by training the staff in policies and procedures and supervising their daily activities.
2. responsible to assure cost, inventories and fixed asset balance sheet account reconciliations be timely prepared with the necessary support evidence to ensure the numbers are accurately represented. Recommend and implement corrective actions required to improve gaps.
3. support quarterly e&o reserve analysis working with all related department to assure accuracy on calculation and keeping robust evidence for all impacts identified; proactively work with related departments to find ways to use inventory.
4. follow up cycle counting implementation by material department to be in line with policy.
5. support the planning of physical inventory, clear identification of gaps and applicable countermeasures.
6. support global costing department in the site annual cost activity process.
7. support on yearly internal and external audits thru timely delivery of information requested, identification of gaps countermeasures and implementation follow up.
8. works with external auditors and prepares audit work papers for the fiscal year audit by researching and analyzing the year-to-date accounting information.
9. reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
10. strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

11. bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
12. minimum 5 years of experience as finance or accounting assistant.
13. managing multiple priorities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
14. skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
