role and responsibilities
1. (managing outgoing inspection) analyze all the production and outgoing processes. Specify a validation plan for shipping goods based on the processes.
2. (managing inspection data) organize measured data. Analyze data after checking data distribution and discovering additional action items when there is a defect.
3. (managing outgoing inspection operation) establish and execute outgoing inspection processes. Plan for and participate in analyzing bad samples.
4. (managing outing quality indices) list items which quality needs to be improved by identifying a customer's requirements. Maintain stability.
5. (responding to quality related issues) analyze the cause of a defect and the scope of goods with defects. Establish and execute an improvement and follow-up measures.
6. (developing an inspection methodology) minimize risks which are identified from the inspection results by utilizing a best outgoing inspection method. Analyze whether the inspection is appropriate.
7. (managing quality of a product) understand a defect which has happened to a customer. Perform all the activities to obtain an assessment method which can prevent similar defects from happening.
