To make the tasks defined in the key account model
- run up inspection the cip route, the bottle washing process and the lubrication of bottle transports.
- develop and implement action plans to solve issues.
- performance monitoring and consumption of diversey products and customer production (liters or kg of products/month).
- develop and fulfill a training plan for the customer
- ensure a good communication process with operators, supervisors and plant management staff.
- prepare the montly management report
- monitor and report conditions that will generate a supply issue or inappropriate use (mistakes) of the product into the customer.
- monitoring the product inventory and chemical make the request according with the necessity
- track chemical consumption and report the use outside the specification
- compliance consumption targets established.
- run the tasks of the technical customer service (tcs)
- to train the customer in unattended operation and ensure the implementation by their same (self-management).
- ensure preventive maintenance of equipment installed by diversey
- ensure the cleanliness of equipment and facilities installed by diversey
- keep the hydraulic balance (equalization) of the zones of the lubrication lines
- map the lines of lubrication and indicate this mapping on its own line (management sights)
- set the work schedule for the technicians, and if require to deliver the agenda fulfillment in appropriate reporting
- report sales (regional customer and key accounts) works and routines
- periodic reporting meetings to evaluate the progress of the action plan agreed.

- run small installations into the customer plant.
