We're seeking a dynamic customer care specialist to work in a b2b promotional products manufacturing facility that serves distributors.

*essential duties and responsibilities*:
- quoting.
- entering sample requests.
- entering product art layout requests and sending completed mock-up back to --customer.
- checking on order status.
- answering product and service questions.
- suggesting products and services that suits customer specifications.
- communicating with sales when customers request high quantity orders, custom or import product.
- resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to -solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- educate customers on website tools and resources.
- provide customers with current promotions, new product information, and specials.
- contributes and collaborate with sales team to accomplish goals as needed.
*education and/or experience*:
- high school diploma or ged.
- 1 year or more experience in customer service.
- strong active listening skills
- resolving conflict
- multi-tasking
- be able to use proper grammar in written communication.
- customer experience centric.
- enthusiastic and positive attitude.
