brown forman mexico is looking for a key position in the on-premise team, which supports the administration of this key channel in processes, information, and activities.

coordinate, analyze, and support the on-premise team, administrating platforms and resources necessary for the proper administration of internal processes and customer information.
what you can expect:
registration of new suppliers in sap- reception and validation of documents.- sending/delivery of physical documentation to main offices.
free goods control & management- product requests through the authorized platform.- management of payments to clients/suppliers through authorized platforms.- coordination of logistics delivery and reception of free goods.- billing in sap/outputs of the product.- management and control of inventory in the warehouses.- reception, validation, and control of evidence.- management and control of product & pos material inventory without charge that is still in zimag
wholesaler information- collection of monthly whs displacements.- creation of monthly displacement file.- receipt of files by wholesaler for each month (alus).- validation of information vs universe of accounts, review with executives
administrative support - on premise- register invoices.- administration of agreements folders of active accounts on the premises.- support in the organization of meetings/extraordinary events of the channel.- administration of support files for the management of chequebonos and ndc.- supply of office supplies.
administration payment procedures- office/ local warehouse utilities payment.- payment and invoice procedure.
support the on premise & ent.
national manager- quotations/material requisitions- issuance of national / regional / exe / monthly information to generate kpis (salesforce)- issuance of monthly salesforce, alus, chequebono, mrm, coupa reports.- preparation of monthly provisions for channel investment- preparation of national, regional and executive quarterly certification letters.- administrative support to executives and managers on the channel's platforms.
what you bring to the table:
- proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions across all levels of the organization, including senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.- use an automated billing system to generate and send invoices, and track and process payments.- ability to set a positive example for others by following high ethical standards.
what makes you unique:
- education: degree, administration, marketing, related.- previous experience: 3 to 5 years in similar coordination positions, administrative assistance.
knowledge / personal skills:
- advanced excel management is indispensable.- desirable sap management- control and operation of inventories.- time management.- alignment to processes- manipulation of databases- responsibility- organization- teamwork- english desirable
