*which is the main objective of this role?

guarantee the standardization and execution with the excellence of the plans to deliver the level of service agreed to our internal and external clients, at the optimal cost, complying with all standards of quality, health, safety, and internal controls with operational excellence within your san partin obispo warehouse.
develop strategies to optimize processes generating an environment of continuous improvement as well as developing models of growth and involvement of people, seeking the development of talent and autonomy.

- ensure compliance with plans to provide a differentiated service to our customers by establishing initiatives to improve business indicators (people, quality, service, cost, safety and efficiency) to guarantee the flow, protection, and distribution of our products, achieving an increase the company's profits and improve the quality of life of our people.
- develop and lead continuous improvement strategies supported by other areas of the supply chain (logistics, supplies, traffic, order planning, discovery, productivity, it, production and sales) carrying out periodic reviews of indicators as well as surveys needs to be able to generate action plans that lead us to fulfill the service in a timely manner, at the optimal cost.
- ensure the correct management of the flow of finished products through inventory controls, good distribution practices, and controls on inputs and outputs to ensure good business results as well as satisfied customers.
- guarantee the correct use of the company's resources, ensuring compliance with the regulations of use and operational policies for the protection, handling, and distribution of the finished product, optimizing cost.
- foster a culture of effectiveness, innovation, and autonomy through the implementation of the transformation model, facilitating resources and focusing the integrating team to achieve the objectives through the front line.
- ensure the analysis of the key indicators of the warehouse using recognized methodologies (kaizen, quality route, etc.)
that help us find the root causes to define a forceful and focused plan that leads us to achieve the operational objectives and people.
- guarantee the variable compensation model aligned to the needs of the business by monitoring the indicators to compensate our people based on their results, achieving improved job satisfaction and at the best cost.
- plan and ensure the conservation and maintenance of the company's assets (racks, forklifts, hh, buildings, etc.)
with the follow-up of the aop initiatives as well as the controls and/or daily operational incidents that are reported to achieve continuity operations and service to our customers.
- develop the facilitating team through continuous coaching, technical, human and managerial training to generate "empowerment" in the operation.
- coordinate the operating procedures to guarantee the standards of quality, health safety, within the warehouse through the management of periodic inspections to eliminate incidents that affect the product and the integrity of the people.
- be a change agent to promote cultural changes so that the organization continues to improve and constantly achieve more and more challenging objectives
qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in engineering and/or industrial engineering completed
- 5+ years of warehouse and supply chain management experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, background in developing/leading teams from a strategic standpoint.
- knowledge of lean sigma
- fluent english proficiency
- knowledge of sap
