our new business development manager will enjoy building relationships, driving new business, and growing our business with existing customers. We are looking for an individual, preferably with strong internal arrow relationships, to help identify and maximize opportunities.
what you will be doing
1. responsible for developing, managing, and creating relationships with suppliers, customers, and/or vendors within their business group’s specific technologies by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
2. manages the sales, marketing, and/or product teams, as assigned, to implement business development initiatives. Recruits, hires, and mentors top sales business development staff.
3. provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
4. ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
5. this job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of ote will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by arrow.

annual hiring range/hourly rate:
actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
