Profile descriptionwe are looking for an *advance pc readiness associate.
* this position is responsible for making sure of activities and shipments related with customer pre-production parts for new launch programs (including pilots, engineering changes, new model-year, ) & logistics assessment in a successful timing.
*the role*- to obtain information about new programs and / or part numbers by interfacing with the different service areas (pm, sales, mfg., engineering, pc plant, frw planning, packaging, others)- to have the events scheduled for new releases for the different customers in the pre-production stage / workbook for pcpm activities (master program timing and check list).- to coordinate and sap processing shipments of pilots and prototype part numbers harnesses on dates and quantities required by customer.- to monitor engineering changes ensuring effective execution of breakpoint.- to understand and follow an escalation process when required.- to coordinate logistics calculation cost and subsequent management.
*your background*:- english proficiency is a must (80% or higher).- college degree completed: engineering, business administration, similar.- experience desired in: customer service, material management, planning, or purchasing, logistics, program management.- computer skills (sap, microsoft office, excel, power point, project, etc.
),- good communication (writing and speaking)- teamwork, flexitime, stress management- *nice to have (preferred qualifications)*professional microsoft office excel skills and sap management skills.customer service, logistics and program management proficient.ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.demonstrated ability to work independently with autonomy and in a team working environment.leadership and organizational skills.
