- pc's & laptops repair & diagnosis
- hp & thermal printers repair & diagnosis
- windows 10 installation
- knowledge of hp & dell servers
- active directory management, office 365, hypert, networks, cisco switches, sql querys experience
*requirements*:
- engineering finished. (information technology or related)
- english 75%
- availability to work in 2nd shift
- previous experience in maquiladora industry at least 3 or more years
*experience*:
- 3 years experience working on it operations.
- experience in os windows10, ad, dhcp, dns, o365, pc setup & support experience, structured cabling.
- printed configuration.
- it equipment inventory, maintence, win server 2016-2019.

- firewall understanding.
