*about the role*in this role as *business analyst* you will:- take ownership of business requirements for product features based on stakeholder and customer input- act as a liaison between the engineering team and product management to deliver agreed upon features.- reviews product needs, instructions, regulations, and/or laws on medium level projects; implementing requirements documents which may include changes to software, using low to medium level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers.- ensure that implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed.- develop and improve business processes within the technology organization.
participate in short- and long-term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and software development process.- may translate into detailed technology needs with some guidance*about you*you are a fit for the *business analyst* position if your background includes:- bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, or related field.- minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a data, technology or it environment.- experience in audit space would be nice to have- excellent verbal and written communication (english)- self-motivated and willing to drive work forward with mínimal supervision.
