the role:
as legal manager specialized in litigation and labor matters, you will be the legal responsible for the control and follow up of the administrative, commercial, civil and labor litigation with a direct supervision of external counsel; also, for specialized services vendors; poc for the attention and follow-up of all visits and inspections conducted by the labor authorities, review and analyze, form a legal standpoint, all labor processes and policies of the company to ensure compliance.

what you'll need:
* bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in litigation or amparo.
* minimum 8-9 years of work experience in litigation.
* proficient in english and spanish (written and verbal) 100%.
qualifications:
* excellent written and verbal communication skills (spanish and english).
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* collaborative and empathetic approach to solve problems with teams across ford.
