the work includes:
- proactively support employees to ensure the continuous flow of all operations.
- follow up and implement policies or documents that are necessary to comply with customer information.
- increase sales with service and timely response to internal and external customers
- ensure that the files of the clients and resources are up to date, in the event that information is missing, help to obtain it
- provide support to the administrative assistant of the general area.
*requirements*:
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience in general office knowledge (filing, reporting, handling of basic excel)
- advanced english level
ability to commute/relocate:
- ciudad de méxico: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
