*what you will do?*
the order to cash (otc) department's responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customer's requests for goods or services and complete the billing process. The order to cash department is continuously working on improvements and process enhancements to fulfill our customer's requirements in highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
As reporting analyst you will collects and coordinates business requirements for analytical reporting. Monitors the performance of reports and dashboards, completes data validations, resolves data integrity issues and develop/enhance processes with simplification or automation. Provides bi system user support through training and query resolution to ensure the most effective usage of bi data and process automation.
*how you will do it*:
- monitoring the performance and quality of the activities performed by the otc team based on agreed measurable (kpi´s) ensuring a timely reaction to any missed kpi targets
- ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction is maintained
- provide monthly/quarterly reports and analysis of financial and performance kpi’s
- develop performance indicators, analyzing causes of unexpected variance, providing insights and decision-making support to the business
- implement and work with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports and provide real time ad-hoc analysis
- work across multiple teams to create solutions to deliver goals and objectives in line with the customer, executing overall improvements for back-office operations
- identifies key process improvement opportunities from data analysis and propose projects to improve kpis
- build and manage robust relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities and execute projects to the successful outcome
- use tools and systems to analyze, trend, and drive resolution for customer issues
- provides strategic and analytic support for special projects assigned
- participates in the analysis of root causes and focuses on creating permanent solutions

*what we look for?*:
- bachelor degree from an accredited university
- fluent english
- 2-3 years of information systems experience
- 1+ years performing business analysis or customer service related work
- knowledge of microsoft office suite for development (flows, power app), is a plus
- able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgment
- professional image with the ability to form good partner relationships across functions
- strategic, intellectually curious thinker with focus on outcomes
- strong communication skills (english and spanish)
- strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies and lead by influence.
- ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple it and user groups
- problem-solving skills - ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks
- proven implementation and problem-solving experience - including troubleshooting, performance tuning and resolving connectivity issue
- must have experience working on projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
