key responsibilities:
1. ensure the best availability of kits for our customers.
2. manage the kit center capacity by monitoring activity levels, sales forecasts, production planning, and inventory management. Oversee procurement for various product lines to align with market demands.
3. manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet delivery targets.
4. lead the sales & operations planning (s&op) process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts and operational capabilities. Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to achieve optimal balance and efficiency.
5. supervise and inspire the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
6. drive the continuous improvement of supply chain activities by managing projects that enhance operational processes and efficiencies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. contribute significantly to the success of new product line launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and alignment within the supply chain.
8. engage with various external functions including sales, logistics, product line, purchasing, it, and suppliers to align with va organizational success.
qualifications:
1. bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. proven experience in supply chain management.
3. knowledge of the s&op process with experience in its implementation.
4. strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for capacity planning and forecasting.
5. exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development.
6. excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. fluency in spanish and english is required.
8. experience 5 – 8 years managing project, control planning, or logistics.
