support the matching of supply and demand through demand forecasting and management.- directly support their transformation/programme/delivery heads or directors to manage their portfolio(s) and also the central pmo to implement the required ways of working in to their team- they are required to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors, building the necessary skillsets to deliver the above.
they are also expected to continuously improve on the status quo and keep up-to-date with the changes in the wider organisation as well as industry best practices and to be able to factor these changes into their outputs.- the jobholder will be expected to exercise independent initiative in proactively overcoming obstacles to success, dealing with direction-setting from the programme manager, regional head of portfolio epmo and changing circumstances, such as interdependencies, opportunities or risks.
