The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field especially in plant hr management, and have a rich experience on labor relations, training, payroll and have a good sense of process.
responsibilities
* organizing, implementing and coordinating plant hourly staff recruitment work.
* be familiar with the labor relations process of on-site plant in manufacturing industry, especially have experience in dealing with employee conflicts and complaints cases.
* responsible for office administration management, including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, parking space, rental management, visitor reception and other affairs to meet the needs of employees.
* develop employee communication plans to promote effective communication between employees and management and to create a corporate culture.
* assist in hr internal audit.
* handling staff incidents, pre-payroll, payroll preparation and compliance with tax and labor obligations.
* implement and manage incentive and benefit programs such as managing major medical insurance (additions/deletions).
* design and administer compensation and benefit policies that are competitive in the market and promote employee recognition.
* analyze metrics and prepare reports on hr key performance indicators (kpis).
qualifications
* bachelor's degree
* more than 5 years of human resources experience, muti-skills in payroll, labor relations and union process, working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
* strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
* good at written & oral english
