key responsibilities
* provide user support for sales marketing teams particularly during key reporting periods
* develop functional specifications, gather user approvals, conduct uats, and create requirements for production releases
* conduct data analysis to support marketing campaigns, sales performance tracking, and market research
* monitor and follow up on customer service requests (csrs) in collaboration with business relationship managers (brms)
* track and resolve tickets related to sales marketing applications and tools
* create business requirements for global sales marketing teams
* follow up support incidents to understand recurrent issues and implement permanent solutions
* collaborate with and influence key internal and external business stakeholders
* mentor junior analysts and support team members in their daily tasks
requirements qualifications
* strong organizational and analytical skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* positive attitude and excellent communication skills for engaging with upper management
* ability to handle fluent and assertive conversations in english, written and verbal
* 2 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably related to sales marketing
* experience with crm platforms (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) is a plus
* proficiency in ms office, including excel for data analysis
* strong problem-solving abilities
* proactive self-starter with a strategic and analytical mindset
* fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
* service-oriented approach with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
