drive revenue generation, cost efficiency and better customer experience by using retail banking business knowledge and statistical techniques, at the same time guarantee an alignment with business priorities.
*this role will*:
- build and deploy predictive models to improve customer experience and revenue generation by fixing existing models or implement new ones
- develop test model quality and a/b testing framework for customers communications
- work with stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions oriented to: improve customer experience, cost reduction, revenue generation
- constant search of new projects aiming improve customer experience, digital adoption, operating efficiency and fraud
- lead and participate on the design and implementation of analytic products with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodology
- browse and analyze databases to simplify and improve product development and business processes
- search for new data sources and assess their accuracy
- promote usage of open source tools and languages inside the team
- promoter of the agile methodology and the usage of cloud environment
- active role on driving team collaboration
- make presentations at all level of audiences and forums
- protect the sustainability of the area by guarantee process automation and maintenance, model monitoring, area objectives alignment in daily activities
- deep business understanding
