- manage cross-functional implementation of gpdp deliverables and production readiness for ppv, mvbns, mvbs, and sorp.
- creation and implementation of plow and launch wall and follow up.
- launch wall and plow (plant launch operation wall) files control and update.
- review countermeasures and evidence for lw and plow items.
- make and share presentation for launch wall meetings.
- budget control and management.
- create shopping cars.
- cost result review and participation in the closing financial meeting.
- prepare information for each week's kick off meeting.
- control project expenses.
- knowledge of process, politics & procedures.
- perform administrative duties in the project.
- facilitate launchteam meetings and follow-through on action items to closure.

- ensure that the launch team complies with the required training.
