*key responsibilities*:- assist in managing financial records, transactions, and bookkeeping.- reconcile invoices and bank statements using quickbooks or similar software.- maintain accurate financial data and documentation.- provide administrative support, including scheduling and filing.- coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
*requirements*:- prior experience as an administrative assistant or bookkeeper.- familiarity with bookkeeping software like quickbooks, xero, or similar tools.
