- aid in the processing of invoices/credit notes relevant to purchase and non-purchase orders.
- determine appropriate strategies and locations for returns by managing and controlling the receipt of faulty/excess material.
- handle creation and registration of customer service requests (csr), determining acceptance or rejection criteria.
- safeguard the timely execution of shipments from logistic service providers, ensuring the creation of transport service purchase orders.
