we're seeking a highly motivated *hardware security engineer* to join our team and lead efforts on cutting-edge chip technology.

*what you'll do*:
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex security issues in chip manufacturing.
- lead and implement system testing solutions for chip security, configuration, and product performance.
- develop scalable and optimized test programs for mass production.
- troubleshoot and debug chip functionality and yield challenges.
- ensure testing quality across various chip platforms (mobile, iot, automotive, compute, server).
- innovate and design advanced solutions for system validation and testing.
*what we're looking for*:
- *leadership skills*: proven ability to lead teams effectively.
- *testing experience*: familiarity with system validation and functional testing at block and chip levels.
- *technical expertise*: hands-on experience with ate platforms (93k, uf+), programming in java, c++, python, and knowledge of unix/linux environments.
- *attention to detail*: precision and focus are critical for this role.
- *strong communicator*: excellent collaboration and verbal communication skills in english.
*preferred skills*:
- knowledge of chip security architecture and design.
- experience with jtag, tic protocols, and embedded software.
- familiarity with version control tools like git/svn.
- understanding of digital circuit design and pcb schematics.
*minimum qualifications*:
- a degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in security hardware or silicon validation/testing.
- proficiency in object-oriented programming and scripting.
