*job description*:
- establishing compensation and benefit structure, advising on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.
- putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to recruit, motivate and retain our talents. also setting up organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- overseeing hr functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives.
- comply with country labor law and policy, and adhere all internal policies and legal standards.
- operating cost estimation and evaluating office place selection.
*requirements and skills*:
- proven working experience as hr manager or other hr executive
- speak english, spanish, chinese
- in-depth knowledge of labor law and hr best practices
*language*:
- english, chinese and spanish (preferred)
