Product development application specialist
you will be responsible for helping product and program teams maximize the value they get out of the engineering systems they use on a daily basis (plm, cad, cae, etc.).

you will be part of our global digital development team, collaborating with skilled professionals dedicated to leveraging technology to optimize our product engineering life cycle processes. Together, we strive to transform operations through digital operations, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
what you will do
1. provide or lead efforts to resolve complex & time critical l3 support incidents within the agreed sla’s.
2. code and deploy teamcenter enhancement and bug fixes.
3. provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any teamcenter (plm) issues.
4. perform comprehensive functionality tests of new and updated applications to verify desired results are achieved. Evaluate results and coordinate to improve program performance, effectiveness, and maintainability.
5. lead or perform root cause investigations and pd changes/updates.
6. train junior l3 & l2 or other it team members on teamcenter plm technical support.
7. develop/modify reports as per business needs.
8. escalate unresolved reporting issues to l4 and the delivery manager.
9. entity relationship data model updates.
who you are (basic qualifications)
1. experience working with plm systems.
2. experience working with relational databases and sql.
what will put you ahead
1. experience working with siemens teamcenter.
2. experience working with polarion.
3. experience working with engineering cad and ecad applications (nx, solidworks, autocad, cadence, altium, etc.).
