Position objective
the maintenance supervisor will be responsible for managing the maintenance technical team. The main objective is to maintain the equipment available for operation and keep their maintenance up to date through the correct execution of planned maintenance, corrective maintenance, and root cause analysis. The supervisor should supervise all activities of their technicians, ensuring compliance with ehs standards and the objectives set by the company and/or department.
roles & responsibilities
* responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
* supervise all activities of the technicians.
* lead a team to analyze issues with the equipment.
* maintain constant communication with the planning leader to document maintenance activities and improvements.
* ensure compliance with the department's kpis.
* involve in new projects to ensure correct selection, installation, and commissioning of equipment or processes.
* ensure critical spare parts are available in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages.
* implement and monitor the department's 5s program.
* determine the technical profile of the team and develop a training program for them.
* follow up on the safety program.
* ensure compliance with the get tool.
* follow brp values and behaviors.
* ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety-related topics.
* enforce the quality brp policy.
* follow up on office vibe results through an action plan.
position profile
bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or a similar field.
professional experience
at least 1 year in a leadership role.
language requirements
* fluent in spanish (written and verbal).
* english (written and verbal, minimum 70%).
* knowledge of french or german is an advantage.
technical skills (minimum desired)
* electricity, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanics.
* corrective and preventive maintenance.
* instrumentation/robotics.
* facilities management.
* brpms tools.
