the role:
we are in search of an exceptional key account manager to play a crucial role in our continued expansion and to solidify our market presence across mexico. This position demands a strategic-minded individual with a robust track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth. The selected candidate will be instrumental in nurturing our most important client relationships through consistent engagement and unparalleled support.
key responsibilities:
* forge strong relationships with key accounts across mexico, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* regularly travel to client sites to provide in-person support, understand their challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
* develop strategic account plans to secure sales targets and grow account revenue.
* conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
* represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with client needs and market demands.
* negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
* provide feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and potential for new products and services.
requirements:
* proven experience as a key account executive, particularly within the manufacturing machinery sector.
* deep understanding of cnc machines and plastic injection molding machines.
* exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* willingness and ability to travel extensively across mexico.
* fluency in both english and spanish.
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
