*about this role*as an onboarding contractor, you will seamlessly implement petdesk's voip phone systems powered by kontak and provide a comprehensive understanding of all related products and services to customers.
you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service to the company's clients.this is a 100% remote contract position based in mexico.
contractors will assist customers across north america.
*tasks*:- handle number porting requests- conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting remotely (no on-site visits)- provide timely resolution of customer escalations, requests, or issues- identify and communicate trends in common system issues to the operations manager- maintain a deep understanding of all kontak products and services- take on additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the role- maintain customer satisfaction metrics and kpis*qualifications*:- proficient in written and spoken english- technically adept and excited to learn about voip technology.
