short job description - ensurethat the quality system is operated and maintained in the assignedproject or production line in accordance with the requirements ofios, - solve the quality problems of customers and internal, keepthe production line under control, improve product quality andreduce production costs.
main responsibilities - ensure theeffectiveness of quality documentation implemented at theproduction site and updated in a timely manner (e.g.
inspectioninstructions, cp, fmea, quality records, sample parts, etc.).
-implement continuous improvement, process monitoring data tracking,analysis and action on non-conforming items, and progressivetrend-based prevention.
- for the occurrence of unqualified partsand other quality problems, in view of the defects, quickly conductcontainment.
- monitor quality kpis such as scrap, deviations,process quality downtime, etc.

educational background: - ba/msdegree (vi/vii level), area of education: engineering, qualitymanagement or related - experience: - 3 or more years of relevantexperience in area of quality management.
- familiarity withiatf16949 system standards.
- good at gd&t, can read themechanical drawing and use these knowledge to evaluate the checkingfixture design.
knowledge; skills: - fluency/good in english, bothverbal and written - excellent interpersonal/organizational skills,strong sense of team belonging - master the five quality tools(apqp / ppap / spc / msa / fmea) and the relevant developmentprocess of mainstream customers.
