Responsible for driving the short and long-range strategic planning process for subcontracted and buy/resale operations. Manage and coordinate the process with vishay product marketing, engineering, purchasing, qa, legal, sales, and other required departments.

what you will be doing :
1. work directly with vishay product marketing, engineering, regional marketing, sales, purchasing and quality personnel to select the best products and supplies to offer to the market. Evaluates opportunities for products in new markets, applications, sales channels or customer target groups.
2. coordinate and assist with qualification of selected product and supplier production sites. Make certain product and processes meet requirements.
3. coordinate and assist with timely completion of collateral material and pre-launch prerequisites.
4. coordinate and assist with routine audits of supplier’s systems and processes to vishay and international standards.
what you will bring along:
5. 5-10 years of experience in operations environment with significant manufacturing and/or project management experience.
6. bachelors degree in related discipline, mba a plus
