This role supports payroll, document maintenance, the various talent processes, and the employees throughout the employment cycle.

* administrative support: offer administrative support to various hr functions, employees, and managers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
* payroll management: facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality throughout the payroll cycle(s), guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
* hr systems maintenance: maintain and update various hr systems, ensuring the highest data quality.
* document preparation: prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
* time-tracking and attendance: monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
* employee guidance: serve as a resource and point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area
* 3+ years' of experience working in human resources
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
