This leadership role is responsible for consolidating and optimizing the plan and deliver functions, ensuring alignment with regional business strategies and maintaining close partnerships with commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction and obsession. The role is pivotal in ensuring regional supply chain excellence in terms of service, cost, cash, compliance, and customer service while deploying global standards across the region and driving overall financial performance.the position reports directly to the ivp latam leader and collaborates closely with regional business teams to shape and execute end-to-end (e2e) supply chain strategies. The leader will also serve as a member of the medtech latam board and must be based in latin america (puerto rico is included as an option).key responsibilities:business planning: translate regional business plans into clear supply chain performance requirements and operational plans.
