Human resources generalist - ccis
the ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
position purpose
purpose of human resources is set up, attract, identify, pay, manage, train and preserve the best qualifications in order to support the devlopment and strategy of cma cgm, while optimizing its organisation and ensuring support managers and employees, creating a friendly atmosphere within the organization, wheter as meetig the objetives and goals of the company without losing view the importance of human talent.
essential functions and basic duties:
* human activities: to develop all the activities that relation has with the human resource inside the organization.
* the implementacition of policiees and procedures
* staff compensation and benefits
* employment request: to publish the vacancies in electronic portals for the recruitment and selection of personnel
* recruitment & selection: to elaborate the request of addition, substitution and / or renovation of a new position in the organization.
* interviews & induction: to realize the necessary interviews to cover the needed vacancy and coordinated with each area to give him a brief induction of who is cmacgm mexico.
* elabotations of profile analysis (thomas international – ppa / teiq).
* upadte employee’s files: checklist, contracts, confidentality, diploma, medical visists.
responsibilities
* oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
* develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
* assist with payroll and benefits administration
* ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area
* 3+ years' of experience working in human resources
* strong interpersonal and communication skills
