*the opportunity*
*what you'll do*
- executive support: manage the cro's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling across multiple time zones.
- travel & expenses: arrange travel as needed, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- event & offsite planning: support planning and logistics for sales kickoffs, qbrs, and other key meetings led by the office of the cro.
- onsite event support: assist at key events, ensuring the cro's schedule runs smoothly and providing logístical support.
- cross-functional coordination: work closely with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and optimize workflow.
- occasional executive support: provide assistance to other executives as time permits and business needs require.
- confidentiality & organization: handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
*what you'll bring*
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role.
- experience working in high-growth saas, tech, or multinational environments is a plus.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- proficiency in microsoft office, google suite, and calendar management tools (e.g., outlook, zoom, slack, concur).
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
- ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- experience supporting c-level executives is a strong advantage.
