The client customer service acts as the customer’s contact regarding his order process, billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as scheduled shipping and delivery information.
will negotiate any issue or trouble regarding his orders, manufacturing processes and workloads, that could stop or increase the length of the services provided; this is a b2b role.
essential functions:
1. based on specialized technical knowledge of the company’s services (metal bending, cut in milling machinery, grinding, crushing processes).
2. acts as the customer’s contact regarding order process, billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as scheduled shipping and delivery information.
3. handles all inquiries from customers performing extensive research and/or coordinating with other departments as required obtaining solutions.
4. may coordinate product returns for exchange or rework.
5. formulates the required reports and prepares general correspondence.
6. meets the established procedures and the policies of the organization.
qualifications and skills:
1. minimum of 1–3 years experience in customer service/order management.
2. bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration is a plus.
3. visa b1/b2 required.
4. high proficiency in computer skills, especially excel.
5. working knowledge of ms office and erp systems.
6. organizational and analytical skills.
7. strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
8. good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
