Ensures the translation of portfolio and brands into detailed channel plans, including segmentation and category management. Supervise allocation of spending by geographies and across channels in order to meet brand objectives.develop and implement all elements of the marketing mix, including product development, above-the-line (atl) and below-the-line (btl) communication, and consumer activation programs, in alignment with brand objectives, positioning, global jti guidelines, and market restrictions. Coordinate with internal teams and handle third parties (agencies, suppliers) to ensure timely implementation and high-quality execution of processes and initiatives. Make sure detailed project timelines are met for every product initiative (phw changes, pack/product rejuvenations, product launches, leps, etc.) and help coordinate and align all the activities with corresponding stakeholders in order to ensure a timely development and launch of such initiatives. This task involves having a good understanding of plm system activities, r&d, and gsc processes
