*responsabilities*:
review of quality findings from previous shift and team involvement.
- follow-up and resolution of gca and care findings applicable to assigned shop.
- monitoring of immediate responses, quality critics and vs.
- review of standardized inspection work.
- troubleshooting support.
- support to ptrs as required by engineering change.
- review of quality findings with the operational area.
- ensure participation of team eps in safety and environmental walkthroughs.
- support in the implementation and maintenance of biq absolutes.
- personnel administration (vacations, evaluations, selection, payroll, etc).
- raise awareness and enforce compliance with the internal work regulations.
- administration of assigned resources for the work team.
- control of t-car, risk analysis and accident investigation.
- review of compliance with layered audit of the area
- review of compliance with layered audit of the area.
- establish and ensure compliance with bpd objectives.
- support the monitoring plan for the manufacturing system.
- validate manufacturing processes applicable to assigned area.
- support the execution of process control plans.
- establish strategies for compliance with quality indicators (drr, gca, ftq).
- support the troubleshooting and fast response process.
- ensure compliance to vs & 5fs process.
- system monitoring.
