11. negotiate commercial agreements and consignment terms.
12. organize events and product launches in collaboration with luxury brands.
13. store administration & operations: ensure compliance with hotel policies and operational procedures.
14. manage schedules, training, and performance of the retail team.
15. control operational costs and assigned budgets.
requirements
1. minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in hotels.
2. knowledge of sales strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills.
4. fluency in english and spanish; a third language is a plus.
5. excellent presentation and communication abilities.
6. understanding of trends in fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods.
