responsabilidades
your role:
* resolve inquiries and questions through written communication (chat and/or emails) from fintech users.
* validate user information regarding payments, expenses, and other transactions.
* provide direct customer service in accordance with requests: inquiries, requirements, among others.
* ensure excellent customer service by showcasing soft skills and advanced english proficiency.
* guarantee the monthly achievement of the indicators or objectives assigned by the campaign.

* an intermediate english level.
* to live in lima.
* to be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
* to have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.

* shifts range from: 06:00 am - 10:00 pm
