- bd related engineering.
- advanced smt and pth experience.
- at least 3 years' experience as quality manager.
- advanced english level.
- familiar with the promotion of iso9000, iso14000, iso45001, ctpat and other systems.
- strong communication/coordination skills, good english reading and writing skills.
- possess relevant training capabilities in quality statistical techniques such as 6sigma, lean, qa core tools.
- kpi performance appraisal and project management capabilities.
- the promotion and implementation of the group's quality policy.
- overall work plan for the quality system and quality improvement of the business department.
- various kpi planning, organization, coordination and implementation within quality assurance.
