As an *administrative assistant in the maintenance area*, you will be responsible for working closely with the plant manager to perform plant administrative tasks in our plant in saltillo! Reporting directly to the maintenance coordinator.
*main responsibilities*
- make a difference in the generation and controlling the quotation process.
- create purchase orders, working and collaborating with the responsible internal areas.
- evaluation and follow up of administrative and operative personnel courses.
- make reports of absenteeism and rotation reports.
- inventory management and ehs formats (iatf and tpm), and score reports.
- planning and monitoring of maintenance programs, with the support of the maintenance manager.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in administrative career.
- at least 3 years proven or equivalent experience in similar positions.
- computer understanding is desirable.
- be passionate working with the internal team to achieve and reach our plant goals.
