- previous experience of cooperation with influencers on youtube, instagram, tiktok, telegram, twitch, twitter;
- ability to negotiate with bloggers and to agree on mutually advantageous terms of cooperation on various payment models;
- ability to analyze a channel for efficiency (to check channel statistics and determine the channel for cheat (artificial boost);
- attention to details;
- responsibility;
- knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to calculate them;
- understanding of market trends, platforms, formats
- ability to match brand positioning with influencer positioning
- english level b2 and above (oral and written).
key responsibilities:
- to search and negotiate with influencers on various platforms (youtube, instagram, tiktok, telegram, twitch, twitter);
- to build partnerships with influencers;
- to draw up technical specifications;
- to control the ads launch (from the moment of negotiations to publication and analysis of results);
- to optimize campaigns budget;
- to maintain statistics/reports on the campaigns;
- to evaluate the effectiveness of ads placements;
- to develop and execute an influence marketing plan and creative campaigns;
- to make a social media analysis;
- to stay up to date with the emerging social media trends;
- to monitor competitors' social media campaigns/benchmarking.
